About the Role
Studio Perfectus has an exciting opportunity to join our growing architectural & landscape design studio in Clitheroe, Lancashire. We are currently seeking talented, motivated and technically experienced architectural designers and architectural technologists to join us on our journey.
The positions is available on a full-time bases with the option of part-time considered.
This is a great opportunity for the right person to work on a range of exciting new-build and refurbishment projects. All we ask is that candidates have a "can do" approach, open to change and willing to challenge the norm!
Project sizes vary from small extensions and refurbishment projects to new-build eco-homes to large luxury house's. Due to the nature of the work and how the Studio operates, we are looking for someone that has a keen eye for design, coupled with a great understanding of buildability and construction sequencing.
If successful, you can expect to have hands-on experience in all aspects of the creative and technical architecture process.
Requirements
Attitude:
A "can do" approach to tasks.
Open to change
Willingness and ability to work alone, as well as part of a team.
Experience:
A good working knowledge of the Planning, Building Regulation and Construction stages of a project.
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or the willingness to move forwards to gaining one.
